MR MARVIS is seeking a Style Advisor in Brussels to warmly welcome customers and provide tailored styling guidance. You’ll help guests discover fits, sizes, and products that reflect the brand's heritage, while creating an inspiring shopping atmosphere.

As part of a service-oriented team, you’ll translate fashion knowledge into confident recommendations, support store presentation, and contribute to a memorable MR MARVIS experience for every visitor.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience in a service-oriented industry such as hospitality or retail is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and create a great first impression.
• Advise on products, fit, and sizing with confidence and brand knowledge.
• Provide styling tips and fashion advice to enhance the shopping experience.
• Contribute to store presentation and merchandising to keep the shop looking its best.
• Assist customers with tailor-made recommendations and upsell where appropriate.

What’s On a Typical To-do List

• Creating a great first impression by welcoming customers, engaging with them, informing them about our brand and store concept, and inspiring them to explore our collection;
• Advising customers on products, quality, heritage and size selection. You are knowledgeable and exude confidence;
• Providing expert advice with confidence and pride. This includes finding the right sizes for customers, and offering inspiring styling tips as a complimentary service.
• Going the extra mile to elevate the customer’s shopping experience — whether that’s pinning long trousers for tailoring or offering a coffee or refreshment.
• Ensuring the store always looks its best – inside and out.

Ask yourself, are you…

• Enthusiastic, energetic and commercially minded, as well as patient, flexible, and presentable?
• A good communicator who can genuinely listen to the customer?
• Customer oriented?
• Passionate about styling and not afraid to offer alternative products?
• Interested in Fashion and Retail and enthusiastic about MR MARVIS (experience in a service-oriented industry such as hospitality or retail is a plus)?
• Fluent in both Dutch and English?
