IBA RadioPharma Solutions in Belgium (Louvain-la-Neuve) is seeking a Market Intelligence Analyst to own market data, create insights for leadership, and partner with Marketing, Sales and Product teams. You will manage market sizing, segmentation, and competitive analyses, while delivering dashboards in Power BI and maintaining Salesforce data integrity.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, engineering, economics, life sciences or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, market intelligence or insights with healthcare exposure.
• Ability to structure ambiguous questions and deliver decision-ready analyses.
• Strong data skills with Excel and Power BI proficiency; dashboards.
• Experience with Salesforce and data quality management; English fluency; French a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the market intelligence agenda: market sizing, segmentation, competitive landscape, technology and therapeutic isotope trends; translate into actionable recommendations.
• Build analyses and presentations to support strategic decisions for BU leadership and peers (business cases, market outlooks, product positioning).
• Own the market intelligence dashboards (Power BI) and ensure Salesforce data integrity and quality.
• Design and run customer research (interviews, surveys) and translate findings into segmentation, personas and journeys.
• Partner with Sales and Product Management to bring an evidence-based view to commercial discussions.
• Contribute to product launches and repositioning; support broader marketing execution in a small team.
