Keystone Solutions is seeking a seasoned Project Manager (IT) to operate within the client’s IT Strategy Office in Brussels. You will bridge technology and strategy, delivering high-impact recommendations to the CIO and leading cross-functional teams on strategic IT initiatives in a dynamic consulting environment.

Ideal candidates possess extensive IT architecture/analysis background, experience in banking and finance, and a pragmatic, executive-ready communication style.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of IT experience in architecture or analysis.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services, ideally Retail Banking.
• Strong understanding of Cloud, API-led connectivity, Core Banking modernization, AI, DevSecOps.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-impact, actionable recommendations to the CIO on critical technology directions under fixed timelines.
• Bridge technology and strategy through deep IT knowledge to formulate clear executive recommendations.
• Assemble and lead cross-functional expert groups to solve strategic IT dilemmas with concrete deliverables.
• Operate within Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model in a client-facing environment.
