Agile Architects NV is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to guide ICT decisions and digital transformation aligned with strategic business goals. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure architectural coherence across programs and initiatives.

You will coordinate a team of business, solution and domain architects, define initiatives, report on progress, and communicate with all stakeholders at the cutting edge of business and ICT.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (commercial engineer, civil engineer, industrial engineer,…).
• Experience in business process management, business process improvement and business architecture.
• Strong affinity with ICT architecture, solution architecture, software delivery.
• Working knowledge of a model-oriented approach and experience in business modeling languages (ArchiMate, BPMN).
• Experience with organizational change management.
• Experience with modeling tools (Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect, LeanIX, …).
• TOGAF certified is a strong plus.
• Language skills: Dutch native speaker or perfectly bilingual Dutch/French. English at a professional level. Good knowledge of French is an asset.
• You are holder of a driving license cat. B.
