Sander in Belgium is seeking a Finance Controller to go beyond reporting and directly influence business performance and operational efficiency. The role combines accounting, financial reporting, and controlling with hands-on bid management and process improvement.

You will monitor results, prepare monthly/quarterly reports, budgets and cash-flow forecasts, while collaborating with Sales and Back Office to optimise ERP and CRM workflows.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of accounting, financial reporting and controlling.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems or interest in business processes.

Responsabilités

• Monitor financial results and prepare monthly and quarterly reporting, budgets and cash-flow forecasts.
• Translate financial data into clear analyses and recommendations for management.
• Coordinate BID Management activities, including public tenders and deadlines.
• Work with Sales, Pre-Sales and Back Office to support complex dossiers.
• Improve financial, administrative and business processes, including ERP/CRM optimisation.
