GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) invites applications for its Apprentice Program in Belgium. You must be enrolled in a mandatory work-linked education arrangement, pursuing a Master’s degree in Digital Transformation or Business Analysis.

Fluency in French or English is preferred, with Python coding and knowledge of Copilot Studio, Claude, and Agentic programmation. Strong analytical skills, Excel, and, ideally, Power BI, are sought for this role.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a mandatory apprenticeship during a Belgian educational curriculum.
• Master’s degree in Digital Transformation or Business Analyst required for program eligibility.
• Fluent in French or English (both optional).
• Coding in Python.

• Strong interest in operations and performance management.
• Excel required; Power BI is a plus.
• Must be following a work-linked (alternance) training course at a Belgian educational establishment.

Responsabilités

• Support the roadmap to increase the digital performance of the shopfloor using an argentic approach.
• Support daily production monitoring (output, efficiency, deviations).
• Analyze performance indicators (OEE, yield, line efficiency).
• Help identify improvement opportunities on packaging lines.
• Support implementation of operational improvement projects.
• Assist in planning and coordination of production activities.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for management review.
• Support deviation tracking and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
