Eye Security is seeking a Staff AI Security Engineer to champion AI security as a discipline. You will explore opportunities, build prototypes, and help turn them into production capabilities across our AI-driven security stack.

You will focus on Agentic SOC, AI-driven vulnerability hunting, and securing Eye's own AI systems, while collaborating with senior researchers and engineers to ship practical defenses.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on cybersecurity experience in SOC, IR, threat detection, or security engineering.
• Staff-level technical judgment: independently pursue valuable research questions.
• Demonstrable hands-on interest in AI, LLMs, agents or RAG systems.
• Working proficiency in English; Dutch or German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Expand Agentic SOC capabilities with AI-enabled investigation, triage and response workflows.
• Develop scalable agentic workflows to identify vulnerabilities, validate exposure and prioritize actions.
• Translate prototypes into customer-facing tools and extensions.
• Assess AI system risks (prompt injection, data leakage, supply-chain) and implement controls.
• Collaborate with Principals and cross-functional teams to ship solutions.
• Publish research and represent Eye Security through talks and content.
• Track threat landscape and translate guidance into actionable defense.
