Tata Consultancy Services Belgium seeks an experienced Solution (Product) Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital solutions from ideation and design through delivery, operation and continuous improvement.

This role bridges business and technology teams, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value while aligning with enterprise architecture, security and operational standards. You will own roadmaps, coordinate architecture, and drive governance with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end solution delivery in complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to define and manage solution requirements, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture principles and enterprise system design.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud-native delivery.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and enterprise app ecosystems.
• Familiarity with data analytics/reporting technologies (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Snowflake).
• Understanding of cybersecurity and secure design principles.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and backlogs for outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilités

About the Role

TCS Belgium is seeking an experienced Solution (Product) Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital solutions, from ideation and design through delivery, operation, and continuous improvement. This role will serve as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring that digital solutions deliver measurable business value while aligning with enterprise architecture, security, and operational standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, solution delivery, stakeholder management, and digital transformation initiatives within complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the complete lifecycle of digital solutions, from concept to retirement.
• Define, prioritize, and manage solution requirements, features, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain product vision, roadmap, and outcome-based success metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate solution architecture and design activities, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and non-functional requirements.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Service Managers, and Operations teams.
• Establish governance structures and delivery cadences including roadmap reviews, sprint reviews, and stakeholder forums.
• Ensure successful delivery of solutions within agreed timelines, budget, quality, and business outcome expectations.
• Conduct feasibility assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and investment evaluations for proposed solutions.
• Maintain solution documentation, decision logs, and process artifacts to ensure traceability and audit readiness.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Provide guidance and support to teams regarding solution design, architecture, and implementation decisions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance scalability, security, business value, and operational efficiency.
• Support successful deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of digital products and services.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of solution architecture principles and enterprise system design.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud-native solution delivery.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and enterprise application ecosystems.
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting technologies such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Snowflake.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure solution design.
• Familiarity with ITIL 4 and IT Service Management practices.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and outcome-driven delivery.
• Experience with project and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment.

Qualifications

Mandatory Certification (one of the following):

• SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM)
• AIPMM Certified Product Manager
• Pragmatic Institute PMC Certification
• Equivalent recognized Product Management certification

Preferred Certification:

• ITIL 4 Foundation
