Phinest in Belgium is seeking a Solution Architect Consultant to design and deliver scalable, secure IT solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and business goals.

You will translate complex requirements into pragmatic architectures, define integration patterns, and collaborate with stakeholders, developers and PMs in a fast-paced, hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Software Architecture or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of application architecture, integration and distributed systems.
• Experience with APIs, SOA, microservices, cloud and/or enterprise integration.
• Good understanding of security, data, infrastructure and modern technology trends.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into pragmatic technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Experience with Agile / DevOps is a plus.
• Architecture certifications such as TOGAF or equivalent are a plus.
• French and English fluent, Dutch is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design end-to-end solution architectures across applications, systems and technologies.
• Define solution architecture, technical standards and integration patterns.
• Evaluate technologies and provide technical recommendations.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with security, performance, scalability and maintainability requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure teams and project managers.
• Support development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Review technical designs and ensure architectural consistency and quality.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement and optimization.
