Umicore is seeking a Site P&O Manager at its Brussels global headquarters to lead all People & Organization topics for the Brussels site, acting as the voice and contact for employees, managers and union representatives. You will guide P&O activities on site and partner with corporate teams.
The role requires multi-lingual communication (Dutch, French, English), strong stakeholder management, and a pragmatic, people‑oriented mindset with business acumen.

For our Global Headquarters, Umicore’s strategic heart in Brussels and home to global functions and business units, we are looking for our Site P&O Manager who manages all People & Organization (P&O) topics and activities. With a population of 350 Umicore Executives and professionals, as local P&O contact, you are the voice towards and point of contact for employees, managers and union representatives.
As Site P&O Manager you will guide and drive all P&O activities on site and ensure an engaging, inclusive and great place to work for our people. The P&O site manager Brussels also takes up a Business Partner role for several of the smaller Corporate teams based in Brussels.
