Whirlpool Corporation seeks a Site Performance & Data Optimization Sr. Analyst to lead website journey optimization and oversee SEA track ROI.

Based in KitchenAid Data Team, you will drive high-converting experiences and optimize search advertising investments across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with Global CRO, EMEA Content & E-commerce teams and data platforms to maintain reporting, improve traffic tracking, and identify visitor segments.

Qualifications

• Expert in Google Analytics 4 and data platforms.
• Proficient in user journey analytics and optimization tools.
• Experience with website analytics and CRO workflows.
• Strong SQL and data querying skills.

Responsabilités

• Optimize website visitor journeys for KitchenAid EMEA sites using data-driven insights.
• Lead SEA track performance optimization and oversee Google Ads campaigns with the agency.
• Develop quarterly optimization roadmaps with KPI definitions and test plans.
• Collaborate with CRO, Content, and E‑commerce teams to deploy changes.
• Implement tracking and reporting to measure impact and ROI.
• Contribute to weekly data dashboards and new data projects.
