Let's Work Roeselare Food is seeking a maintenance technician to join a sustainable paper production operation. You will perform corrective and preventive maintenance on a diverse machine park, ensuring reliable and safe operation.

You will work on installations such as power plants, water treatment systems, paper machines and sorting lines, using a maintenance management system to log hours and maintenance reports.

Responsabilités

• Corrective maintenance: solving and analyzing breakdowns, registering details for optimization
• Preventive maintenance: mechanical maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, reliable operation
• You will work on various installations such as power plants, water treatment systems, paper machines, sorting installations

Our client produces high-quality newspaper and magazine paper based on 100% recycled paper. With two biomass power plants providing all required process steam and, together with three wind turbines, more than 80% of electricity, it is one of the most sustainable companies within North Sea Port.

Together with colleagues from different technical departments, you contribute to both corrective and preventive maintenance of a highly diverse machine park, following specific guidelines.

Corrective maintenance:

• Solving and analyzing breakdowns
• When technical problems occur, you analyze them carefully, resolve them, and register the details for further optimization

Preventive maintenance:

• You systematically perform mechanical maintenance on machines to ensure they operate safely, efficiently, and reliably

You will work on various installations such as:

• Power plants
• Water treatment systems
• Paper machines
• Sorting installations

You will use a maintenance management system, where you track working hours and maintenance reports.
