Molenbergnatie NV in Antwerp is seeking an Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead safety programs onsite and drive continuous improvement across our warehouses. You will be responsible for developing and enforcing safety protocols, performing risk assessments, and investigating incidents while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires a Certified Prevention Advisor Level 2 and a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or Safety Management,

De functie

The Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Antwerp. The EHS Manager will oversee the implementation and development of the company's health & safety management system, and environmental policies to ensure a safe and compliant workplace and warehouses. Core responsibilities include developing and enforcing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, performing accident investigations, providing staff training, coordinate ISO certifications and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive EHS initiatives. The role requires a proactive approach to fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Wie zoeken we?

• Do you have strong knowledge of Belgian health and safety legislation and HSE management systems, excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, strong communication and leadership abilities and a proactive and results-oriented mindset?
• Do you have high level of integrity and the ability to work independently and across multidisciplinary teams in a managerial role?
• Are you a certified Prevention Advisor Level 2 with a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Management or a related field, with proven records in ISO certification (9001, 14001, 22000, 45001)? Do you have minimal 3 years of relevant experience in the Logistics & Transportation industry and/or Food Safety in a similar role?
