Jobtailor seeks a technically capable professional to support repairs of industrial gearboxes and guide the entire repair lifecycle from analysis to order follow-up. You will be the main contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring repairs are accurate, transparent, and efficient.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, engineering precision, and strong communication within an international context. A Bachelor’s in engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a technical field (mechanics, electromechanics) or equivalent by experience.
• Passionate about technology and engineering disciplines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support for repairs of industrial gearboxes.
• Lead the full repair process: technical analysis, disassembly, reports, quotation preparation and order follow-up.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure repairs are technically correct, transparent, and efficiently executed.

Responsibilities

• Technische ondersteuning van herstellingen aan industriële tandwielkasten
• Begeleiden van het volledige repair-proces: technische analyse, demontage, rapportage, offertevoorbereiding en orderopvolging
• Fungeren als first point of contact voor klanten en interne stakeholders
• Zorgdragen dat elke herstelling technisch correct, transparant en efficiënt wordt uitgevoerd

Requirements

• Minimum een Bachelor diploma in een technische richting (mechanica, elektromechanica, …)
• Of gelijkwaardig door relevante technische ervaring
• Gepassioneerd door techniek
