Pegasus Group seeks a Head of Treasury & Structured Finance to act as a reference in liquidity, financing and risk management. The role combines deep expert treasury work with direct collaboration with management and the CFO, in a vibrant Antwerp setting.

You will lead hands-on cash management, liquidity forecasting and intercompany financing while shaping treasury policy and digitalisation across the group. A unique craft-focused opportunity with a prestigious, globally active Belgian group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Business Studies, Applied Economics, Business Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in treasury within corporate treasury or banking; expert role with no management track.
• You deliberately choose an expert role, mastering the craft at the highest level.
• Familiar with hedging instruments and their accounting/economic impact.
• Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
• Ability to articulate with banks and international stakeholders; fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily cash position across group entities, currencies and banking relationships.
• Build liquidity planning and cash flow forecasting for CFO/management.
• Manage cash pooling and intercompany financing structures; oversee operational banking.
• Identify, measure and hedge FX, interest rate and commodity risks.
• Deliver accurate treasury reporting and covenant monitoring; enhance treasury policies and digitalisation.
• Lead asset and project financing support: restructurings, credit facilities, documentation.
