Randstad Digital Belgium is seeking a Senior Detection Engineer & Threat Hunting Lead in Brussels. This hands-on role involves designing detections, leading incident responses, and mentoring a team to secure organizations.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Detection Engineering, a strong knowledge of SIEMs and SOAR, and be trilingual. You will represent the company in industry groups and run breach simulations.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on experience in Detection Engineering, SOC, or CSIRT roles.
• Expert in attacker TTPs, digital forensics, and incident handling.
• Ready to lead a functional working group or mentor a growing team.

Responsabilités

• Design and maintain SIEM/XDR detection rules with full lifecycle ownership.
• Lead L2/L3 incident response, containment, and remediation efforts.
• Execute hunting hypotheses and translate threat feeds into actionable alerts.
