Médiane Benelux is seeking a Senior Test Engineer for a long-term Time & Material assignment in Bruxelles, Belgium. You will execute integration and system tests in a complex railway environment, ensuring compliance with specifications and reporting results to the Test Coordinator and teams.

The role requires 5–10 years of senior‑level testing experience, strong knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink, Linux, and test tools, and proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional experience (senior level).
• Minimum 5 years in integration and system testing within complex technical environments.
• Proven experience in the railway domain.

Responsabilités

• Execute integration tests to validate interactions between systems and modules.
• Perform system tests against technical and functional specifications.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Create test descriptions, reports, and evidence.
• Execute and document test scenarios with stakeholders.
• Report, track, and retest defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Contribute to test automation through scripting when relevant (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
