EUROPEAN DYNAMICS seeks a Systems deployment expert fluent in English to be based in Brussels, Belgium. The role may operate from company premises or at a client site, collaborating with the Development team and the client IT team on-site.

The ideal candidate will define SOPs for Digital Workplace solutions (M365, SharePoint Online, ServiceNow), monitor operations, and design scalable, secure deployment and patching strategies for both on-premise and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline with 15+ years in IT.
• At least 4 years of Digital Workplace Platforms experience: M365, SharePoint, Confluence.
• At least 4 years of end-user assistance/ support for information systems.
• Strong knowledge of Solutions Architecture, zero-trust security, and cloud management.
• Experience with ITIL practices and related tools (SMT, Jira, ServiceNow).
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure and AWS) and related security and continuity measures.

Responsabilités

• Definition of SOPs for admin support solutions (Digital Workplace, M365, SharePointOnline, ServiceNow).
• Monitor day-to-day ops, provide management reporting, propose optimisations across on-prem and cloud (IaaS/PaaS, SaaS).
• Design systems management solutions for scalable, secure OS deployment and patching on-prem and cloud for remote workers.
