EMW, Inc. is seeking a hands-on CDSA Senior Engineer to support the Cyber Defence Situational Awareness platform. The role blends development in Splunk with operational support and close collaboration with the development contractor and CyOC users.

You will design dashboards, build data models, and implement enhancements while ensuring data quality and platform health. Strong ownership, English proficiency, and NATO clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 3+ years of post‑graduate experience
• At least 3 years hands‑on Splunk dashboard development, data models, KVStore, macros and searches
• Hands‑on experience in Splunk UI development and visualization best practices
• Experience scripting in Python or Bash
• Experience with REST APIs and database interactions
• Strong cybersecurity concepts and ability to translate user needs into technical requirements

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and maintain CDSA dashboards and UI components in Splunk
• Build data models, KVStore collections, scheduled searches and macros
• Implement enhancements and defect fixes based on priorities
• Integrate new data sources/tools into CDSA (e.g., Cribl)
• Develop automation scripts (Python/Bash)
• Provide day‑to‑day technical/operational support to CyOC users
• Bridge CyOC needs with development contractor and validate deliverables
• Monitor dashboard performance and contribute to platform improvements
• Support Early Life Support for new features and releases
