Everience Benelux is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join an AI-driven tribe within a large financial institution. You will scale the team's activities and manage a transition of run and lifecycle tasks to an offshore partner in India, freeing local teams to deliver the target vision.

As Scrum Master, you will facilitate ceremonies, coach the team, and ensure the Scrum framework works for the people using it.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Solid English skills.
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and project management practices.

Responsabilités

• Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
• Support the Product Owner with backlog management.
• Help the team deliver on Sprint Backlogs and Definition of Done.
• Track team capacity and velocity to support planning.
• Coach the team, remove blockers, and shield them from distractions.
• Champion Agile practices and report on adoption.

Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join an Artificial Intelligence tribe within a large financial institution. You'll play a key role in scaling the team's activities, including managing a transition of run and lifecycle management tasks to an offshore partner in India, helping free up local teams to focus on delivering the target vision.

As Scrum Master, you'll be the go-to person for all things Agile: facilitating ceremonies, coaching the team, and making sure the Scrum framework actually works for the people using it, not the other way around. You'll also join a community of practice with other Scrum Masters across the company to share best practices and keep improving the way of working.

What you'll do:

• Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective)
• Support the Product Owner with backlog management
• Help the team deliver on Sprint Backlogs and Definition of Done
• Track team capacity and velocity to support planning
• Coach the team, remove blockers, and shield them from outside distractions
• Champion Agile practices across the organization and report on methodology adoption
• Manage risks and issues as they come up

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master
• Solid English skills, you'll be working with both local and offshore teams
• Comfortable with Agile reporting tools (e.g., Jira)
• Familiarity with automated testing and CI tooling
• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management practices
• A "servant leader" mindset: empathetic, a great communicator, and genuinely invested in helping the team grow
