Pauwels Consulting is seeking a Senior SAP Authorization Consultant to manage role-based security across SAP ECC, BW, CRM and SuccessFactors, while contributing to a major S/4HANA implementation. You will analyze access risks, design SAP roles, and support audits within a hybrid Brussels-area environment.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in SAP authorization management and 2+ years in S/4HANA security, with Fiori concepts and IDM/IAG exposure; strong communication in English and Dutch/French is

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in SAP authorization management, including role design, user administration, and access control.
• 2+ years experience in SAP S/4HANA security architecture.
• 2+ years experience with SAP Fiori authorization concepts and catalog configuration.
• 1+ year experience with SoD and compliance requirements.
• Experience with SAP IDM or SAP Cloud IAG for business role assignments.
• Experience using ServiceNow or JIRA for incident and change management.
• Fluent English with professional knowledge of Dutch and/or French.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with business process owners to translate functional requirements into secure authorization concepts.

Our client, a leading organization in the transport and logistics sector, is seeking a Senior SAP Authorization Consultant to manage role-based security and authorizations across their extensive SAP landscape. This role combines operational support for existing environments with strategic contributions to a major S/4HANA implementation project to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Manage role-based security and user administration across various systems including SAP ECC, BW, CRM, and SuccessFactors.
• Resolve authorization-related incidents and coordinate security tasks with cross-functional SAP teams.
• Analyze access risks and maintain Segregation of Duties (SoD) using GRC frameworks.
• Design, maintain, and test SAP roles and configure Fiori Launchpad catalogs for migration projects.
• Support internal and external audits by performing periodic security checks and generating compliance reports.
• Collaborate with business process owners to translate functional requirements into secure authorization concepts.

• 8+ years experience in SAP authorization management, including role design, user administration, and access control.
