Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years of software quality assurance experience including manual and automated testing.
• 3+ years of automation experience with frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium or WebdriverIO.
• 3+ years in Agile environments with close collaboration with Product Owners.
• 2+ years API testing experience with tools like Postman or ApiDog.
• 1+ year experience in the railway sector.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and SQL for test management and data validation.
• Track record in test case design, execution planning and regression validation.
• Strong ownership, leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement the overall test approach for operational applications to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable test cases for functional, integration, and end-to-end cycles.
• Manage the full defect lifecycle with clear prioritization and resolution with development teams.
• Lead QA efforts within Agile ceremonies and refine acceptance criteria for testability of user stories.
• Drive integration of automated testing frameworks for front-end and API validation.
• Coach and mentor team members to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
