AGO Technics is seeking a Project Manager Proces en Automatisatie to drive advanced process automation projects in our production environment. You will lead projects from concept to realization, coordinate engineers, and train operators to ensure smooth handovers.

The role emphasizes energy efficiency, CO2 reduction, and strong cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic engineering team. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

Engineering degree in electromechanics or equivalent.
Master-level analytical skills and problem solving.
Experience in process automation within production environments.
Proficiency in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

Lead projects from concept to realization of process installations and automation platforms.
Contribute to feasibility studies and business cases with focus on energy use and CO2 reductions.
Inform operations management and present engineering solutions in meetings.
Lead project teams and organize trainings for operators and technicians.
Communicate project status openly and represent engineering in operational meetings.
Affinitiy with utilities, energy management, HVAC or sustainability initiatives.
Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team with a proactive, can-do mindset.
Ensure a structured, goal-oriented plan of action.
