Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Market Access Analytics and Real World Evidence (MAA & RWE) to design and deliver analytics addressing payer and regulatory needs. The role is located in Beerse, Belgium or Raritan, NJ, with up to 10% travel.

You will lead indirect treatment comparisons and contribute to HTA submissions within the Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO). The ideal candidate has a Master’s or higher in a related field, 6+ years of relevant experience, and

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 6+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or consulting environments.
• Experience with indirect treatment comparisons and comparative effectiveness research.
• Strong statistical programming and data analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Design and conduct indirect treatment comparisons.
• Lead evidence-generation workstreams and systematic literature reviews.
• Collaborate with internal functions and external partners to develop evidence generation strategies.
• Deliver end-to-end analytics for payer submissions and HTA guidance.
