Médiane Benelux is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to join a leading Life Sciences organization. The role focuses on leveraging Systec expertise to drive automation projects within regulated environments and ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and GAMP5 standards.

You will support ongoing and upcoming projects, develop and document automation solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reliability and efficiency of automation systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior automation engineering experience in Life Sciences.
• Experience with Systec tools is mandatory.
• Understanding GMP, FDA, GAMP5, CSV regulatory frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the Systec tools expert within the automation team.
• Lead or support automation projects in production and laboratory environments.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, GAMP5, and Life Sciences regulatory requirements.
• Develop, test, validate, and document automation solutions.
• Collaborate with process engineers, validation, QA, and IT.
• Provide troubleshooting and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers or team members as needed.
