Swift in Belgium is seeking an experienced Internal Audit professional to support the execution of audits and to progressively take on lead auditor responsibilities. You will contribute to planning, testing, reporting and follow-up within a dynamic, globally connected team.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in internal/external audit, strong analytical and communication skills, and knowledge of SAP and ITGC, with English fluency and Dutch/French desirable.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting/Finance or Economics is required.
• Advanced degree and/or professional certification (CPA – CIA) is a plus.
• At least 5 years relevant professional experience in Internal and/or External Audit.
• Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, IT General Controls.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the execution of assigned share of audits within pre-established budgets and scope statements, and gradually develop into being able to take a Lead Auditor role.
• Participate in the development of the planning documents.
• Assist with the development of detailed test plans enabling adequate testing of the specified controls.
• Perform and document audit fieldwork in accordance with applicable guidance in the Internal Audit Manual and contribute to validating findings.
• Contribute to the clearance of audit exceptions raised during fieldwork and assist with the preparation of audit reports and meetings.
• Provide timely assistance in the follow-up on audit recommendations and audit issues requests for closure.
• Monitor periodic operational and other reports on the status of system components, projects and products.
• Establish and maintain professional, productive working relationships with line management and staff.
