Candriam, Brussels-based asset manager, seeks a Senior Fund Manager for global environmental thematic equities. You will manage and develop portfolios at the intersection of fundamental stock selection and quantitative approaches, covering decarbonization, resource efficiency and environmental tech.

Candidates should have 7–10 years of equity portfolio experience, global strategy exposure, and fluency in English with French or Dutch; CFA qualification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of equity portfolio management experience.
• Experience managing global or international strategies.
• Fluency in English plus French or Dutch; CFA designation advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage global environmental thematic equity portfolios on a day-to-day basis.
• Generate investment ideas by combining quantitative, systematic and fundamental analysis.
• Conduct in-depth research on companies across environmental investment universes.
• Assess business models, competitive advantages, valuations, growth prospects and risks for portfolio holdings and companies under coverage.
• Contribute actively to portfolio construction decisions and risk allocation.
• Adapt portfolios to market developments, macroeconomic changes and emerging sector dynamics.
• Help continuously improve the investment framework, research processes and security selection methodologies.
• Develop new analytical tools, indicators and quantitative approaches that strengthen investment decision quality.
• Collaborate closely with ESG, equity research, risk and sales teams.
• Represent the strategy with clients, auditors and other stakeholders when required.
