Soldera is hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer to help build the AI-native brain powering Europe’s renewable energy certificate market. You will design autonomous trading agents, unstructured data pipelines, and a single Metalayer API while shipping features weekly with the founding team.

The role emphasizes product intuition, deep AI tooling, and a bias for delivering reliable, scalable value. On-site in Europe, with a strong compensation package for senior engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping production software (TypeScript, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL) with scalable design.
• Experience building AI-enabled systems using RAG, LangChain/Graph, and prompt engineering.
• Strong product intuition and ability to derive technical solutions from business goals.

The Mission: We are not just building a dashboard. We are building the autonomous infrastructure that buys, sells, and retires green energy certificates across 30+ disconnected national registries. We need a Senior Engineer who combines product intuition with deep AI engineering skills to build the "brain" that makes this happen.

What You Will Build:

• Autonomous Trading Agents: Design and ship AI agents that navigate legacy government portals (some typically require Excel/Email) to execute trades autonomously.
• Unstructured Data Pipelines: Build resilient systems that ingest messy data (PDFs, scanned docs, varied API formats) from 30+ countries and normalize it into a pristine global standard using LLMs and OCR.
• The Metalayer API: Architect the single API that allows a global asset manager to trade in 15 regions instantly.
• Product Velocity: Work directly with the founders to prototype, ship, and iterate on features weekly.

What We Need

• Senior Engineering Chops: 5+ years of shipping production software (TypeScript, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL). You know how to structure a codebase that survives scaling.
• AI Implementation Experience: You have moved beyond "calling the OpenAI API." You understand RAG, structured outputs, agentic workflows (LangChain/LangGraph), and prompt engineering as a discipline.
• Product-First Mindset: You don't wait for a ticket. You understand the business goal (e.g., "reduce onboarding time by 50%") and you figure out the technical solution.
• Tooling Obsessed: You are fluent in AI coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0, etc.). You view coding as "architecting logic," not typing syntax.
• High Agency: We are a small, elite team of 11. There is no bureaucracy. You see a problem, you fix it.
