IKO Waterproofing and Insulation EU is seeking a Microsoft Developer to design and develop solutions using Dynamics 365 F&O (X++) and Business Central (AL). The role includes building Power Apps, automating processes with Power Automate, and deploying extensions through Azure DevOps pipelines.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts and IT leadership to deliver robust ERP solutions, integrate external systems, and support global instances with best-practice development standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (X++) and Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL).
• Proven ability to design, develop, and implement ERP integrations and extensions.
• Experience deploying using Azure DevOps pipelines and managing deployments.

The Microsoft Developer will be responsible for designing and developing solutions using X++ in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, as well as extensions in Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role involves analysis, coding, debugging, and supporting the global instances of both Dynamics 365 F&O and Business Central.

The position requires a strong understanding of both the project lifecycle and the software development lifecycle. The developer will collaborate closely with cross‑functional technology teams, Business Analysts, end users, and IT project leadership to ensure that key business requirements are delivered on time and with high quality.

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;

• Building Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) integrated with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse
• Develop Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, data synchronization, and ERP automation.
• Implement business rules, validations, and workflow automation.
• Perform analysis and effort estimates for the development tasks and projects.
• Coordination and testing of interfaces with external systems.
• Identify and resolve system issues to optimize performance.
• Monitor and respond to development requests and issues logged onto the Service Desk.
• Coordinate with the external vendors for logging and reporting issues.
• Manage extension deployment across sandbox and production environments.
• Deploy solutions using Azure DevOps pipelines and managed solutions.
• Create and extend Forms, Tables, Data Entities, and Reports (SSRS).
• Develop and maintain AL extensions for Business Central.
• Support integrations using OData, REST APIs, and Data Management Framework (DMF).
• Develop extensions following Microsoft best practices (no over-layering).
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure and existing systems
• Develop and configure D365 BC/F&O applications to meet business needs.
• Develop and support Jet Reports for BI and data analytics
• Collaborate with functional teams to implement stable and scalable solutions.
• Review of requirements and development proposals

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;

• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development.
• Experience working in enterprise or global ERP environments.
• Exposure to ERP implementations, upgrades, or cloud migrations.

Strong experience with:

Experience with:
