Us3 Consulting seeks an experienced Senior .NET Developer for a long-term contract in the Brussels area, Belgium. The role focuses on C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, SQL Server, and microservices, with strong emphasis on team leadership, architecture, and DevOps practices.

The candidate will mentor development teams, shape software architecture, and drive full-stack development, containerization, database design, CI/CD, and code quality. Excellent communication with stakeholders is required.

Qualifications

• Senior .NET Developer with strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, SQL Server, and microservices architecture.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams, software architecture, full-stack development, containerization, database design, version control, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, and code quality practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential.
