In4Matic is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end Data & Analytics initiatives across multiple domains. You will drive reporting platforms, platform enhancements, and migration programmes with a strong focus on ESG and CSRD reporting requirements.

You will act as the main bridge among business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards. This role requires senior leadership and hands-on delivery responsibility.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 10+ years as a Project Manager with hands‑on delivery responsibility.
• 5+ years in Data & Analytics, BI or reporting projects.
• Proven expertise in Power BI, Fabric and Azure.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full lifecycle of Data & Analytics and BI projects from initiation through delivery and adoption.
• Lead projects involving KPI reporting platforms, data solutions and analytics capabilities.
• Drive ESG and CSRD reporting initiatives while supporting broader organisational reporting and performance management.
• Coordinate business, IT and vendor stakeholders for successful project execution.
• Define project scope, planning, budgets, risks, governance and roadmaps.
