GardPass Consulting & Space is seeking an experienced cyber security contractor in Mons, Belgium. The role involves installing, configuring and validating firewalls, VPNs, vulnerability scanners and forensics tools within NATO CIS environments.

You will assess network security, monitor incidents and contribute to operational documentation and knowledge transfer. The position requires deep hands-on expertise with boundary protection devices, SIEM tools and network infrastructure, plus experience

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' practical experience in cyber security or related field.
• Broad understanding of cyber security tools and configurations, including boundary protection.
• Experience with encryption, identity and access management, monitoring and incident response.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure and test firewalls, routers, switches, proxies and VPNs per NATO requirements.
• Install, configure and test vulnerability assessment and forensic tools.
• Test monitoring, detection and incident response tools and appliances.
• Implement security settings across Cisco, Juniper, Linux, Unix and Windows environments.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot security and availability issues.
• Support integration of cyber security tools into NATO CIS environments.
• Produce installation guides, configuration baselines and test reports.
