Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer to join their team in Brussels, Belgium. In this role, you will be the technical guide for customers, facilitating a smooth customer journey from initial engagement to post-sale support.

The ideal candidate has a robust background in Data/SaaS sales and must possess excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Dutch and English. You will work in a hybrid model, attending the office at least two days weekly while maintaining relationships with customers to enhance their experience and product value.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2+ years in a Sales or Customer Engineer role.
• Experience in the Data/SaaS space for at least 4 years.
• Knowledge in data governance, data catalogs, and data quality.

Responsabilités

• Map solutions to value for large customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical advice.
• Support sales and marketing activities.
