About the Opportunity

We are currently partnering with a major global organization actively expanding its internal Digital Transformation & Automation division. To support their next phase of growth, they are building out a dedicated Generative AI Enablement Unit designed to empower business lines, streamline operations, and drive modern automation standards across the enterprise.

Their team acts as the central engine for building, governing, and scaling intelligent assistant solutions. They are seeking a Senior Conversational AI Platform Consultant to come on board as a strategic advisor and technical SME to help guide the platform's future direction, establish enterprise-grade governance, and accelerate overall platform adoption.

Position Overview

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of high-level technology strategy and practical solution enablement. You will be instrumental in defining how conversational AI solutions are architected, delivered, and governed organization-wide.

Beyond supporting high-priority ongoing deployments, your core mission will be to shape the long-term vision of the platform ecosystem. You will evaluate new low-code/pro-code AI capabilities as they hit the market, define operational best practices, and establish robust software delivery standards to ensure all solutions remain secure, scalable, and maintainable.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Roadmap & Vision: Help define the long-term strategy, delivery frameworks, and architectural guidelines for the internal Conversational AI Software Factory.
• Platform SME & Governance: Serve as the lead SME, evaluating best practices, governance models, and security/compliance frameworks to ensure long-term platform health.
• Architecture & Solutioning: Collaborate with enterprise architects to translate complex business requirements into scalable, end-to-end conversational workflows.
• DevOps & SDLC Standardization: Establish modern delivery practices across teams, including CI/CD automation, testing protocols, release management, and version control.
• Innovation & Feature Adoption: Keep a pulse on ecosystem developments, rapidly evaluating newly released platform capabilities to identify high-value use cases for the organization.
• Mentorship & Knowledge Transfer: Upskill internal team members, establish reusable design patterns, and create comprehensive documentation blueprints.

Profiel

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Enterprise Architecture Background: 5+ years of experience working as an Enterprise Architect or AI Lead Solution Architect in complex corporate environments.
• Conversational AI Expertise: at least 1 years of hands‑on experience designing, architecting, and deploying enterprise solutions within Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Ecosystem Mastery: Deep functional and technical knowledge of the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• General Cloud Concepts: Solid foundational understanding of cloud architecture, including cloud security, identity/authentication, integrations, and monitoring principles.
• Modern DevOps: Practical experience with GitHub, source control, cloud automation, and automated CI/CD pipelines tailored to enterprise solution delivery.
• Governance & Strategy: Proven track record defining platform standards, architectural baselines, and governance policies within complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to align technical solutioning with broader business goals.
