Euroclear in Belgium is seeking a Principal Cloud Architect to drive cloud adoption on Azure, set architecture direction and govern reference implementations across a cross‑functional programme. You will chair the Cloud Solution Design Authority and balance migration risk, platform scalability and strategic value while aligning with risk and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Extensive experience as cloud architect or principal solution architect in large-scale tech transformations.
Strong Azure expertise including landing zones, IAM, networking, security, governance and automation.
Experience leading architecture across cross-organisational scopes and governing architecture decisions.

Responsabilités

Mature and lead the Cloud Solution Design Authority, including mandate, decision rights and governance.
Define and maintain cloud foundations roadmap across identity, connectivity, security and operations.
Translate strategy into architecture direction, standards, patterns and reference implementations.
Guide workload teams in migration readiness and craft remediation and sequencing plans.
Shape regional cloud expansion with a focus on security, resilience and cost control.
