In4Matic is seeking an experienced Build & Release Engineer to join our client’s team in Belgium. You will manage the CI/CD ecosystem, ensure automated and secure delivery processes, and help development teams adopt standardized ways of working.

You will design, implement and maintain robust pipelines, resolve complex build and deployment issues, and drive automation across multiple teams while integrating quality and security controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with CI/CD and build automation.
• 5+ years of experience in release and deployment management.
• 3+ years of experience with artifact repository management.
• 5+ years of experience with source code management and Git-based workflows.
• 3+ years of scripting and automation (Bash/Python).
• 3+ years of DevSecOps and CI/CD governance.

Responsabilités

• Manage, maintain and optimize the CI/CD ecosystem (Jenkins, Digital.ai Release/Deploy, Nexus).
• Design and maintain build, release and deployment pipelines.
• Investigate and resolve complex build and deployment issues.
• Drive standardization and automation across teams.
• Integrate quality and security controls into pipelines (DevSecOps).
• Create and maintain technical documentation and guidelines.
• Share knowledge and coach colleagues.
