NVISO Labs seeks an experienced Software Engineer to help design and build scalable back-end services, primarily in Python, leveraging Azure Functions and App Services. You will design APIs and integrate back-end components with both internal and customer-facing platforms.

The role emphasizes secure, maintainable, production-ready code, with a focus on performance and observability. You will work in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment across multiple European offices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a software engineer.
• High proficiency in developing professional Python and/or C# code.
• Passionate about best practices regarding reusability, maintainability, security, and testing.
• Thorough understanding of computer systems beyond application development (OS, networking, infrastructure).
• Experience with Azure-native development, API design, and cloud-based architectures is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilités

• Designing and developing scalable back-end software and services (mostly Python).
• Leveraging Azure cloud services (Functions, App Services, storage, identity) to build reliable solutions.
• Designing APIs and integrating back-end components with internal and customer platforms.
• Applying sound software engineering practices to deliver maintainable, secure, production-ready back-end solutions.
• Troubleshooting performance, reliability, and scalability issues across services and cloud workloads.
• Identifying bottlenecks and improving efficiency, resilience, and observability of back-end systems.
