Nowjobs is building a three-frontend platform with a single backend, using Node.js, TypeScript, MySQL, MongoDB and RabbitMQ. Join a backend tribe focused on vacancies and matcher domain, in a fast-scaling HR tech environment.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's or master's in computer science with at least 5 years of hands-on experience, fluent in Dutch and English, and open to change. You’ll collaborate across teams and contribute to automated testing and scalable infra.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience with Node.js, TypeScript, MySQL, MongoDB, and RabbitMQ.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Willingness to adapt to change and work in a fast-scaling platform.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Analyze options, design analyses and document tasks.
• Implement with Node.js, TypeScript, MySQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ; write tests.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, product owners; participate in daily stand-ups and code reviews.
