Keystone Solutions in Brussels seeks an authoritative Asset Management Expert for a three-month consultancy at a client site. You will assess AS-IS asset management across IT, OT, and data, and deliver a concrete improvement plan in collaboration with the CISO.

The engagement covers governance, inventory, classification, ownership, and integration with CMDB tools like ServiceNow or Lansweeper, with knowledge transfer to the CISO team on completion.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent with relevant asset management experience.
• Experience assessing AS-IS asset management across IT, OT, and data.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 Annex A and CyFun controls.

Responsabilités

• Assess current asset management (AS-IS) and identify improvement areas.
• Deliver assessment report, inventory overview, gap analysis, risk and priority matrix, and an executive summary for the CISO.
• Map hardware, software, data, cloud and OT assets.
• Evaluate asset registers, CMDB, and discovery tools for completeness.
• Organize interviews/workshops with IT infrastructure, application management, and security teams.
• Identify gaps against ISO 27001 Annex A / CyFun requirements.
• Develop a concrete improvement plan for inventory, classification, and ownership.
• Present findings to the CISO and stakeholders and ensure knowledge transfer.
