V-IT NV in Belgium seeks a skilled Test Automation Expert to design, develop, and execute automated Playwright tests for APIs. The role starts Sept/Oct 2026 and runs through end of 2026, with a potential extension. It is a full-time position with two office days per week in a hybrid arrangement in Antwerpen.

You will collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure high-quality integrations, report defects, and drive testing process improvements while leveraging strong API testing expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of API and integration testing experience.
• Proficiency with Playwright for API tests.
• Strong API testing methodologies and best practices.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Playwright.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts.
• Conduct functional, performance, and security testing on APIs.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure quality integrations.
• Identify and report defects, and work with teams to resolve issues.
• Translate business requirements into precise test cases and improve processes.
