Devoteam is seeking a Senior Agentic Workplace Solutions Engineer to bridge enterprise challenge with autonomous AI capabilities using Google Workspace, Vertex AI, Gemini Enterprise, and no-code/low-code tools.

You will be a trusted advisor and solution architect, guiding client leadership through discovery, design and adoption of agentic workflows while prioritizing governance, security and change enablement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior enterprise consulting experience in digital workplace, cloud transformation, or IT strategy management consulting (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or SaaS ecosystems).
• Strong Client & Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of leading executive conversations, managing complex client relationships, and facilitating strategic workshops.
• GenAI & Agentic Tech Literacy: High conceptual and practical understanding of GenAI capabilities, prompt engineering, Gemini Enterprise, and no-code/low-code agent platforms (e.g., Vertex AI Agent Builder, AppSheet). No direct coding or software development experience is required.
• Business Process Analysis: Ability to analyze complex enterprise workflows (HR, Knowledge Management, Support, Operations) and re-engineer them using AI agents.
• Enterprise Security Understanding: Foundational knowledge of enterprise identity (IAM, OAuth, SSO), security, and data governance concepts.

Responsabilités

• Strategic advisory to C-suite and IT leadership, translating strategic goals into AI-enabled roadmaps.
• Lead discovery workshops to identify high-value enterprise processes for AI augmentation and autonomous workflow optimization.
• Architect end-to-end agentic workplace workflows using Google Workspace integrations, Vertex AI Agent Builder, Gemini Enterprise, AppSheet, and no-code/low-code connectors.
• Security, privacy, and governance: define enterprise governance, data privacy standards, and ethical AI guidelines for client deployments.
• Mentorship and practice elevation: share consulting best practices and templates with internal teams.
