ICI PARIS XL in Vilvoorde seeks an Advisory Security & Loss Prevention Specialist to work independently within a team of advisers, addressing shrinkage, crime reduction, and safety for customers and employees across stores and the distribution center.

You will conduct store visits and audits, analyse procedures and systems, advise on risk minimisation, participate in internal security projects, and perform investigations and risk analyses while training staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in retail or logistics preferred.
• Proven ability to investigate and analyse security-related issues.

Responsabilités

• Conduct store visits and audits related to security and loss prevention.
• Analyze and evaluate rules, procedures and security systems.
• Advise stores and internal teams to minimize risks and losses.
• Lead internal projects focused on security or shrinkage for stores and the distribution center.
• Perform fraud investigations and analyses of (organized) crime.
• Carry out fraud and risk analyses and provide training to staff on rules and procedures.
