ITProposal in Brussels is seeking a Network Engineer to lead an SD-WAN migration across approximately 700 sites. The role focuses on migrating from FlexVPN to SD-WAN, minimizing downtime and delivering a secure, modern network environment for a large enterprise.

This hybrid position requires strong TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VPN and QoS expertise, plus experience with WAN technologies and network security. Dutch, French and English are required, with minimum two onsite days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience with SD-WAN deployment and migration.
• Strong TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VPN, QoS knowledge.
• Familiarity with network cabling (UTP, fiber) and security concepts.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Dutch, French, and English.

Responsabilités

• Support the migration from FlexVPN to SD-WAN across multiple sites.
• Configure, monitor, and optimize network performance (QoS, routing, traffic flow).
• Troubleshoot network incidents during and after deployment.
• Document network architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with network, security, and external provider teams.
