PwC Belgium invites applications for an Intern/Trainee in Advisory (Operations) to contribute to smart manufacturing and digitalisation projects. You will join a team that helps clients enhance processes, implement automation use cases, and map business processes while gaining mentorship from seasoned management consultants.

You will collaborate on project management aspects, engage in learning opportunities, and develop hands-on experience with PowerBI and AI-enabled tools in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Pursuing a master’s degree in Business Engineering, Engineering, Management or a related field.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management tools.
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic about manufacturing and hands-on project management.

Responsabilités

• Attend project meetings and actively participate in discussions on smart manufacturing initiatives.
• Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating digital or automation use cases.
• Develop optimized workflows and support in creating Business Process Maps.

• You are currently pursuing a master’s** degree** in:BusinessEngineering,Engineering,Managementor arelated field;

• Languages: Fluent in French and English;

• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;

• You have strong written and verbal communication skills. You can clearly articulate ideas and information, and you are comfortable interacting with team members and stakeholders;

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and have familiarity with project management tools;

• You are flexible and open to working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;

• You are enthusiastic about manufacturing and gaining hands‑on experience in project management;

• You are a collaborative team player with a passion for innovation and improvement;

• You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written;

• You are committed to delivering high-quality work and are attentive to maintaining standards in all your tasks;
