Vivid Resourcing is seeking an Interim Business Process Specialist (SAP Key User) to join the Supply Chain team in Aalst, Belgium on-site. Start ASAP for a 4-month assignment with potential extension.

Responsibilities include analyzing, improving, and implementing business processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs, acting as SAP key user across the organisation. You will collaborate with operations, IT, supply chain, and finance, leading digital transformation initiatives, automation

Qualifications

First professional experience as business process specialist / key user.
Experience with SAP as a key user is a must.
Fluent in English and Dutch.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Project management skills to deliver projects on time.

Responsabilités

Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Map and document end-to-end processes using standard methodologies.
Lead and support process improvement projects in Supply Chain (Sales & Distribution focus).
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (operations, IT, finance).
Design, test and implement improvement and digital transformation initiatives, incl. automation and system implementations.
Train and support teams in new or updated processes.
Be the first line support for specialists in operational teams during errors or new flows.
Maintain process documentation and governance frameworks.
