Bluecrux is seeking a Product Owner for Axon, our Digital Twin SaaS platform. You will translate user needs into product ideas and drive them across discovery and delivery, working with customers, business, technology, and UX.

In this role, you’ll contribute directly to Axon™ , our Digital Twin SaaS platform. We’re looking for Product Owners who are curious, analytically strong, and excited to grow in an intellectually challenging environment. A background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field will provide a strong foundation for success in this role. Beyond that, we value strong reasoning skills, an interest in software development, and the ambition to continuously learn and improve.

As a Product Owner , you turn real user needs into valuable product ideas and help bring them to life in Axon. You work at the intersection of customers, business, technology, and user experience. Unlike a role that focuses mainly on building the solution, this role is highly collaborative and communicative.

Product Discovery

You collaborate closely with colleagues and customers to gather user and requirement insights to uncover and explore new opportunities and features for Axon.

You leverage customer feedback and internal insights to shape the product roadmap and drive innovation.

Product Delivery

You translate well-defined user stories into efficient sprint and feature execution, with clear ownership of scope, priorities and technical trade-offs.

You advocate for a superior user experience by creating design proposals, and you generate working prototypes based on the existing codebase.

While taking end-to-end ownership of product initiatives, from problem definition to concept, realization and testing, including defining success criteria for AI features such as accuracy, usability, trust, and business impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

You become part of Axon’s Product & Engineering team: 20+ people with a shared passion for intellectual challenges, evolving technology, and AI-focused ways of working.

Together with four other Product Owners, you act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, both inside Axon and at the client.

You translate business needs into product decisions by connecting domain knowledge, AI capabilities, technical constraints, and user value.

About you

You hold a master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Business Engineering, or a similar analytical field.

You have strong analytical skills and can bring structure to complex or unclear problems.

You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You enjoy working with people: listening, asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, and creating alignment.

You have a strong interest in software products, UX, and how AI is changing the way products are built and used.

A first experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Consultant, or similar role in a software environment is a plus.

You are fluent in Dutch and English.
