Umicore Belgium is looking for an S&OP Manager based in Olen to lead the Germanium and Infrared supply chains. You'll enhance planning processes and ensure alignment across functions.
The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree, at least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, and familiarity with SAP or Anaplan. The role includes delivering robust supply planning and driving operational excellence.

As our S&OP Manager, you will be at the centre of our Germanium and Infrared supply chains. The further development of our S&OP and S&OE capabilities has been identified as one of the key strategic priorities within EOM. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and mature these processes while driving alignment across Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial and Finance. You will oversee the end-to-end planning process and ensure that demand, supply, capacity and inventory decisions support both operational excellence and business growth. This is a highly visible role where you will directly influence performance, service levels and strategic decision-making across the business.
You are an experienced supply chain professional who combines analytical strength with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. You are comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, influencing decisions across different functions and levels of the organization, and driving meaningful change.
