Médiane Benelux is seeking a UI Tester / Test Manager to modernize a critical railway software system. You will handle testing and technical test management as the project evolves from legacy C to Rust, contributing to both legacy and new components.

Responsibilities include designing tests, documenting results, and supporting the development team throughout the software lifecycle. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch, French and English with strong communication.
• Experience in server-side and client-side software testing.
• Experience with Qt and Squish is a plus.
• Automated testing experience and Python scripting ability.
• Knowledge of Rust (or C/Java) is an asset; EN50128 or DO178 helpful.
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyse, design, document, and validate software functionalities.
• Write technical documentation for software modules or system.
• Support development by contributing across the SDLC.
• Write test specifications from analyses, architecture, and design.
• Execute manual tests and automate where possible.
• Document results and improve test solutions over time.
