Bekina NV in Kluisbergen, Belgium, is looking for full-time operators for a 2-shift system in production. You will be responsible for operating different machines, quality control, and logistical supply of raw materials. Ideal candidates will have experience in a production environment, be quality-oriented, and able to handle physical work. Qualifications

• You have experience in a production environment.
• You have experience as an operator, setting up machines, solving minor technical problems.
• Notions, interest in rubber compounding or rubber in general is a plus.
• You are quality-oriented and work meticulously.
• You can work well in a small team and switch quickly if a colleague is absent.
• You are Dutch-speaking, basic English is an advantage.
• You can handle physical work (lifting loads), standing work.

Responsabilités

• Weighing out powders and adding correct quantities into the machine.
• Visualisation and mixer control, troubleshooting using procedures.
• Removing rubber from the tracking roller and cooling.
• Supply and remove raw materials with forklift truck.
• Setting the right parameters for extrusion and packaging of finished products.
