Belgie Vacature zoekt een Road Worker voor een stabiele en groeiende aannemer actief in wegenbouw en infrastructuur in de regio Antwerpen. Je werkt in een ervaren team aan projecten met zichtbare impact op mobiliteit en omgeving.

De rol vereist fysieke arbeid, betrouwbaarheid en leergierigheid, met hands-on training on site. Aangeboden is een voltijdse functie, een brutohorentoelage, maaltijdcheques en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen een financieel stabiel bedrijf.

Qualifications

• Experience in roadworks, groundworks or infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Willing to obtain a VCA certificate if not yet held.
• Good command of Dutch and ability to follow safety instructions.

Responsabilités

• Carrying out groundworks and foundation works.
• Installing house connections and sewerage infrastructure.
• Placing curbstones, drainage gullies and other components.
• Performing excavation and levelling works.
• Assisting the team with road construction and infrastructure activities.
• Using tools, materials and equipment correctly and safely.
• Maintaining quality standards, safety procedures and a clean work environment.

For a stable and growing contractor active in road construction and infrastructure projects across the Antwerp region, we are looking for a Road Worker. You will join an experienced team that contributes daily to projects that have a visible impact on mobility, public infrastructure and the surrounding environment.

Previous experience in the sector is an advantage, but not essential. Motivation, reliability and a willingness to learn are just as important.

As a Road Worker, you will be involved in a variety of roadworks and sewerage projects throughout the Antwerp area. Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to the safe and high-quality execution of the works on site.

Your Responsibilities

• Carrying out groundworks and foundation works.
• Installing house connections and sewerage infrastructure.
• Placing curbstones, drainage gullies and other infrastructure components.
• Performing excavation and levelling works.
• Assisting the team with various road construction and infrastructure activities.
• Using tools, materials and equipment correctly and safely.
• Helping maintain quality standards, safety procedures and a clean work environment.

You will receive hands‑on training and guidance from experienced colleagues on site.

Profiel kandidaat

We Are Looking For a Candidate Who

• Enjoys working outdoors and performing physical work.
• Is motivated to learn a skilled trade within the construction industry.
• Understands and follows safety instructions accurately.
• Holds a valid VCA certificate or is willing to obtain one.
• Possesses a valid Category B driving licence.
• Has a good command of Dutch.
• Is reliable, punctual and works well within a team.
• Is willing to start work early in the morning.

Experience in roadworks, groundworks or infrastructure projects is a plus, but not required.
